We'll cover everything from meal planning and food prep to the benefits of leftovers—so you can save money on your next grocery run!
This workshop is designed for women ages 25–40. In a relaxed and friendly setting, we'll talk about the hormone changes you can expect in the years ahead and how your diet may be helping (or hindering) hormone balance. You'll walk away with practical tips you can start using right away to support healthy hormones in your daily life!
As a homeschool mom, I absolutely love teaching kids about nutrition! I tailor each session to the age of the children and the topics families are most interested in. We’ll cover everything from basic anatomy and how the mind and gut work together, to which foods provide specific nutrients and how they help our bodies. For older students, we can even dive into more scientific details if they’re curious!
